Who doesn’t appreciate a bargain, or even better, a free book? Today I have several for you, but first, a huge thanks to all of you for helping Murder on Bainbridge Island make it to #120 Paid Kindle. That’s noseblood territory, and I kind of feel like Sally Field several years ago when she won the Oscar. Instead of “You like me,” it’s more “You like my book!” Woo Hoo. Today is the last day it will be at the intro price of just $.99 If you’re thinking of buying it, don’t wan’t you to have to pay extra. Here’s the link: getBook.at/MOB
And another $.99 book. Murder at the Polo Club. It will be on sale through Saturday, so you might want to take advantage of the sale. It’s the latest book in the High Desert Cozy Mystery series, a series that I really like. I always say that I’m not a character in my books, but with a lifetime of experiences, some are bound to creep in. For over 20 years I was an antique and art appraiser, and I did a lot of work in the Palm Springs, California area, which has a fair number of people with a lot of money. When people have a lot of money, they tend to have high-priced items, thus, they needed an appraiser. Voila! There I was. No, I never was part of a murder at a Polo Club, but I did appraise a lot of art pottery and art glass in that community, and the compound is based on one my husband’s uncle lived in – all artists. It’s always stayed with me. Hope you enjoy reading this one as much as I enjoyed writing it. Here’s the link: getBook.at/Polo Enjoy!
